Autoforwarded emails do not arrive.

Hi,

I have a problem management system that generates an email when i get assigned a new task, this arrives in my outlook inbox.

I then have a rule to autoforward this mail to my RTM account so I know I have a new task.

Problem is, the autofowarded task does not appear in my RTM. Yet if I take exacally the same email and manually forward it, it does...

Any ideas please?

I will use the contact us page, and send you the mail headers of a 'successful' email and an 'unsuccessful' one if that helps?

After little success trying to get a copy of a failing email - it turned out the problem was at our exchange servers end - autoforwards configured to be rejected by our exchange server. :(

I now have a macro to get around this which forwards the mail as if I manually forwarded it, which solves my immediate problem.
