Hi André,
It's not currently possible to assign a task to a contact using Smart Add, sorry. However, after the task is created, you can share the task by selecting it and choosing "Share with..." from the More Actions dropdown menu.
Once the task is shared, both you and the contact you've selected will be able to edit the task.
