Capcha's - ureadable

I mistyped my password earlier, and was subjected to the 'Capcha' based login process - what a nightmare. I can't read any of the $%^&*£ things. It took a relative to decode one of them, and even then it was a struggle. Is there any way around this monstrosity ?

After multiple failed login attempts, you are required to enter the capcha in order to access your account.

The capcha also has the option to play an audio message, which may be easier if the text is difficult to read.
