It's not currently possible to set a duration for your calendar events. The iCalendar Events feed will assign all events a duration of 1 hour regardless of the time estimate. This post gives some additional information on why this is.
If you'd like to see the time estimate used as the calendar event duration in the future, you may also want to vote for this in in our Ideas forum here.
