iCal error subscribing to the calendar

When I try the iCalendar Service (All Lists), I get the following:

The data downloaded from webcal://www.rememberthemilk.com/icalendar/newmilkentry/ isn’t valid

This error started showing after upgrading to Mac OS X 10.7.

Has anyone else seen this and found the solution?

Same problem with feeds for individual lists.

Works fine with any of the event feeds though.
