Sunbird lining with RtM

When I try to connect to my RtM account with Sunbird, I follow the steps shown on page

But Sunbird never asks for my RtM username and password. Result: I can't use Sunbird to edit my RtM tasks or events.
What am I doing wrong?

If you are using Private Addresses, you will not be prompted for a username and password because the feed doesn't require authentication. You can find out more about Private Addresses here.
However, whether you are using Private Addresses or not, you will not be able to edit the events from within Sunbird. You'll be able to see the events on your calendar, but you won't be able to edit them. We don't currently offer 2-way syncing of calendar events with Sunbird or with Thunderbird/Lightning.
