Timezone in Web interface

Hello,

Are you planning to fix timezone settings in Web version of RTM? In year 2011 DST was dropped in my country (Russia), so for example in Moscow currently correct timezone is GMT+04:00, not GMT+03:00. And we don't have DST change anymore.

In the meantime, you may want to switch to the Asia/Dubai timezone which also uses GMT+4:00 with no daylight savings time, just as Moscow is now.
