conflict with google calendar sync?

I'm trying out MilkSync, seems to conflict with Google Calendar Sync. When they both fire up, neither finishes or quits.

Outlook 2007
MilkSync 1.0.23
Google Calendar Sync 0.9.4

Has anyone else run into something like this?
