"Ask before deleting"

It appears that there is a switch to turn this off on the iphone, but not on the ipad. Am I missing something? Would be great if it was consistent and available on the ipad app too.

You're correct, currently the option to "Ask before deleting" is available in the iPhone and Android apps, but not in the iPad app. The iPad app requires that you tap on the trash icon and then on the Delete button.
