List Printing Format

Hi mitty,
It sounds like you're using your browser's Print button to print the web page directly, is that right? Our web app provides its own Print button which will format the task list for easier printing.
To use this button, select the list you want to Print and make sure no tasks are selected. Then use the "Print" button in the box to the right. This page has a no background, and provides a large checkbox for each task.

No joy there either. In FF 7.0.1 I click your Print button and see another tab opened, where the list has a gray background. Nothing else happens. I then use the FF print button and the page prints with the gray background again.

The whole page background is gray. Your logo shows up in a white rectangle; obviously its background is white, not transparent. I looked at the HTML but could not see anything that would cause this gray background.
The only grays I see are:

This color renders as a slightly darker gray than the gray background.

Altering the HTML so the tag is explicit re background solves the problem:
I have no idea why it is defaulting to something else, but this should be a trivial fix for you.

oops -- the big blank space was where I put the tag. Let's try it with parens as delimiters:
