why can't syncing?

But now at home the RTM no change

Can you let us know which platform you're having trouble syncing with? Are you attempting to sync using MilkSync for Outlook, or with one of our mobile apps (iPhone, iPad or Android)?

In addition, if you're receiving any error messages when you try to sync at home, please let me know what they say.
