Does anyone know how long it takes for your RTM account to register that it's gone pro after purchase? I want to re-install the Android widget, and bought a pro account this morning, but my app still doesn't recognize that my account is pro, even after uninstalling and reinstalling.

The upgrade process is generally very quick. If your Pro upgrade is not being recognized, would you be able to contact us via email? We'll need to get some details from the transaction so that we can take a look at this.

I am having the same problem, however I have had a pro account for a few months. I just recently upgraded to the newest version of the android program. It says I don't have a pro account. I hope it figures it out soon.

I too have had a Pro account for over a year, and today reinstalled the app on a new Android phone. I'm getting the same message as the other posters when trying to add a widget.
