No Connection Problem on Android App (won't sync)
My RTM app stopped syncing sometime yesterday. I'm not sure when, but when I try to force it now I get this error:
No Connection
There was a problem establishing a connection to the internet. Please check your network settings and try again.
My network settings are fine because I am not having issues with anything else on the phone connecting.

I am getting the exact same error and uninstall/reinstall did not fix the problem. Any help?

I have the same issue as you describe, starting today Oct 14. Uninstall/Reinstall did not fix it. I followed all suggestions (https://www.rememberthemilk.com/services/android/troubleshooting/) also without luck. My network settings are working for all other installed apps.

I'm also experiencing this issue on Android. Whenever I click on the sync icon, I receive No Connection message. However, I can browse the market as well as internet from my Android phone.

How are things around here? Recently got a smart phone, so I tried the Android app. No sync, seemingly the only thing i can access are tags. Not even the tagged items, though…

Hi all, just thought I'd add my experience in case it helps. My android device (HTC Desire) was failing to sync. "No connection" error message as above. Frustrating because the connection was fine for other apps.
Email support provided some helpful thoughts. Uninstalling and resinstalling didn't change a thing. (I'd already tried that.) However, attempting to sync using the phone network connection, rather than the wi-fi I use mostly all the time, worked fine.
So did another wi-fi network I used.
In the end, I got a solution, fine so far, by restarting my wi-fi home hub. To be fair, email support had suggested this early on. But I had resisted it because I knew other apps were connecting fine. I don't understand it. But very glad to have it working again.
