Can't enable MilkSync add-inn in Outlook 2007

When I ty to enable MilkSync in the Trust Center, the checkbox fills in, but once I restart Outlook, the add-in is disabled again. Can you help me? I've sent a log.

it seems I had the same problem, whats the reason for this. After a laptop restart I could reactive it and it is working now. I also had to do a full restore.
