List dont show in Outlook

When I sync from Outlook -> RTM all work fine. The other way around I ve got a small problem. My Lists dont show as a category in Outlook.
For Example I make a note in Outlook in the category Work it will gently pop up in the list Work in RTM.

Tasks created in Remember the Milk should be assigned a category corresponding to their list when they sync to Outlook.
