I figured out that I can enter a special url and he can see then my list. But how can he find my list without knowing the url? Is there any link hidden somwhere?

There's no list of published lists one has access to; sorry. However, the other way for him to find your list would be to navigate to your tasks, i.e. http://www.rememberthemilk.com/home/mowee/—you will see all your tasks, your contact will see any lists published to him, and others wouldn't see anything.
