RTM as a management software

I am testing RTM few days now, its simplicity makes it ideal for my use in small business. I dont need anything more complex. The issues i find most critical, when using RTM as management solution.
Case study:
Manager: assigns a job to be done, the date, and leaves comment using notes. Sends this request to an emploee.
Emploee: recieves a job and has unlimited rights. He can change the date set by manager( very bad), he can delete and edit managers notes (bad), he is able to write his own note (good) and able to change it or delete it anytime (+/-)
Manager: Is the only authorised person to change the date, but he cannot do it (bad) he cannot comunicate with the emploee/emploees group through the notes, because he cannot add more notes to the job he created when already sent (very bad)
- the locations cannot be shared across the company, and therefore when manager creates a job assigns the location, emloee does not see the location in his recieved job.
I will love to use such simple solution, it has very good features, but needs a small improvement. You do look like a serious, young and flexible team so i am willing to cooperate.

Unfortunately, we don't currently offer a way to share tasks that allows a user to edit only some properties of the task (such as adding a note) as you describe. Sorry for any inconvenience.
It may be helpful for you to "publish" your lists so that employees can access a read-only copy. If you haven't already, you may want to read this page which discusses the difference between "sharing" and "publishing".
