How to sync RTM tasks offline/online by USB disk?

In office i don't have internet access but i have internet it in my home.
What should i do to sync my tasks??
Should i download portable browser to my usb disk, use gears, add/remove tasks from USB, and add these tasks by browser when i go online??

Gears is meant to be used when your computer is offline temporarily, but will eventually have internet access. The computer must go online at some point to synchronize the changes you made while you were offline.
Unfortunately, you won't be able to transfer the offline changes you made to another computer. Sorry for the inconvenience.
