SMS sending do not work

I have O2 number and I am from Czech Republic. SMS sending should be supported, but no SMS has been sent for two days. I have tried setting mobile number with and without +420. Neither one of them works.
Suggestion?

Would it be possible to submit a Reminders issue report via our support system, if you haven't done so already?
