how to opt out of any information sharing?

RTM's privacy policy says "We will never rent, sell or share information that personally identifies you for marketing purposes without your express permission." (thumbs up...)
1. Where do I go to make sure I have opted out of any information sharing? Did I miss it somewhere in the settings?
2. Other than "as required by law", does RTM share personal information not-for-marketing purposes?

We don't share information that personally identifies you with third parties for any purpose, unless we have your express permission (any exceptions, e.g., if we were required to do so by law, would be specified in our privacy policy).
As we require express permission, we'd ask you to specifically opt in before we shared any information with third parties.
Hope this helps!

Thanks. That was the answer I was hoping for.
Because so many other organizations have little catches in the fine print of their privacy policies, I assumed you might as well. My apologies.
You might consider rewording your privacy policy, from "with any third parties for marketing purposes" to something like "with any third parties for marketing or any other purpose". As worded, it leaves open the possibility for sharing/selling it with another organization which might in turn use it for profitable (or nefarious) purposes.
