Need an iPhone tutorial

I just downloaded this at the reccommendation of the people at GTD coaching dept
but since there is no way of finding how to use this app, I may have to delete this. DOes anyone have a video tutorial for this or a reccomendation of another good organizational app that can be used on iPhone? Thanks much!

RTM is my trusted GTD system (on PC and iPhone) for quite some time using a slight variation of this setup; I'm very pleased with it.
