tasks clean from RTM, can't sync again from outlook?

1. Sync all tasks from Outlook to RTM
2. tasks shows up on RTM, that's good
3. clean the tasks from RTM
4. manually sync again
5. nothing tasks sync to RTM ! why? what can i do?

Would it be possible to submit a MilkSync for Microsoft Outlook issue report via our support system, if you haven't done so already?
