Question about Locations
wheretheskygrows says:
What is a practical solution to using locations? I have yet to figure out a way that works.
I have a master shopping list that contains items that I buy frequently. Some of these items can only be purchased at Location:X
How do I get alerted about these items when I am near Location:X? I know I can tag them with that location, but I don't want to be alerted to these items unless I actually need them.
So I guess the question is - how can I be alerted when I am near a certain location to buy items that are currently due?
How do most people use the location function?

If you are using an Android device, you are able to receive alerts for nearby tasks. The "Locations" section of the Android FAQ contains more information on this.
If you are using an iPhone, you can check for tasks that are nearby. See the Locations section of the iPhone FAQ for more details.
If you are using the website, you can also plan your route using the map in the Locations screen.
Hope that helps!
