Emailed tasks showing up on web but noit Android device

(closed account) says:
I have just bought an Android phone and upgraded to RTM Pro. To test the system I sent some emailed tasks from my work's Outlook using the email address given in my settings page.

Using the mobile app I checked my RTM hourly but these tasks did not appear on my HTC Desire. Now I am home I can see them clearly on my RTM page on the browser in my Inbox folder.

Other tests sent via email from my desktop first thing this morning are showingm up on my Android Inbox folder.

Any suggestions gratefully received.

Edited to add that the notes sections of the tasks sent from my work Outlook contains a substantial amount of what looks like totally random text.

Further edited to add if I remove all the gobbledegook from the notes section the tasks sync with the Android. Weird!

Would it be possible to submit an Android app issue report via our support system, if you haven't done so already?

Just select your issue from the list on the left, and follow the steps shown. If your issue isn't listed, click on "I'd like to report a new issue".

Your report should provide all the info that we need to investigate further, but we'll be in touch via email if we require any more details.

Thanks!

I've got a simple problem if send an email from Gmail to it shows up on the website but not on my HTC Wildfire.

alihoyle,
Would it be possible for you to submit an Android app issue report via our support system as well so we can take a closer look at the issue?

Thanks!
