need help with smart list operator: exact word only
kmninbox says:
example i have to tasks:
1. contact shirley
2. reorganize all my contacts
I am trying to make a smart list for tasks where I have to contact people
right now if a do a search for the word "contact" it will show both tasks...
so... how do I do the search that will specify the word "contact" but not "contacts" or "contactination" or "contactifony" or any other word or jibberish that might contain "contact"... ONLY the EXACT word "contact"

Kmninbox,
I got the idea from another forum posting to use the tag "StayInTouch" and you could add addition tags to show purpose, for example "SIT-friends" "clients" etc... You can then build the smart lists based on your desired tag configurations. (Sorry I didn't find the earlier post.)

kmninbox,
Unfortunately our search is meant to be flexible, and thus you will likely run into problems excluding fuzzy words like this; sorry for the inconvenience.
You will probably want to set up your Smart List criteria like this: "contact" NOT "contacts", and add to it any other words that you wish to exclude, e.g. "contact" NOT ("contacts" OR "contact paper"), etc.
Hope this helps!
