Milksync 1.0.12 crashing

I've just migrated to a new 64-bit Windows 7 machine using Outlook 2010 and Milksync 1.0.12 is crashing on launch. I don't believe I can generate the log file because I never get to the point where the little cow icon appears on the taskbar. Is there some other way to debug this?
