We paid for support but what is the email to send for help?

We don't provide a direct email address for support; sorry. Rather, priority support means that you get priority over non-Pro users when contacting us.
On our support page, just select your issue from the list on the left, and follow any steps shown. If your issue isn't listed, click on "I'd like to report a new issue"; there's a link at the bottom of each category.

I believe you'll find it at the bottom of each help category. So, you would click on Help by Email (below under Help), then "submit a support query" then click the topic of your question.
