Stop nagging about spamming Facebook?

A few days ago, when logging into RTM, I got a suggestion about posting the number of completed tasks of 2010 to Facebook and Twitter. OK, maybe a funny feature. But after clicking 'Close', I have got the same message at least two times more. The first one should be enough.

Hi cecolon,
This alert should only be presented once. It's possible, if your cache isn't operating correctly, that it will be presented again. Could you try clearing your browser's cache and disabling any Gears/offline access and seeing if that helps?
Let us know if you see anything else.

Thank you for the quick reply.
I have experienced this on several computers. If you rely on the cache to store that the alert has been presented, users will have to deny this every time they log on to a new computer. I suggest you store this state on the server, so that users won't have to wait for this box to appear every time.

cecolon,
This should be stored on the server, however cache/Gears problems could affect the site's ability to receive this from your browser, or your browser may be showing a cached copy of the page that pops up the alert, rather than the updated one that doesn't.
Would it be possible to submit a Tasks & Lists issue report via our support system, if you haven't done so already, so we can discuss some specific steps that should help correct this?
Thanks!
