Would it be possible to check your spam folder and see if they ended up in there somehow? I double checked our logs, and it looks like your email provider accepted them for delivery, so hopefully they're there somewhere!

Just in case, I've just re-sent both responses, so please let me know if you don't see them -- we'd love to help get your issue resolved. :)
