Smart add just doesn't work properly

I am trying to follow the smart add instructions but it just doesn't work.
Say I want to set a task for Monday at 9.30am.
I have tried putting:
Blah blah Monday at 9.30am
Blah blah ^Monday at 9.30am
Blah blah Monday @9.30am
Blah blah ^Monday @9.30am
I have also tried using tom and tomorrow.
Whatever I put in, it sets my task for 30/09/11, what the hell? It lets me enter a day, e.g. if I put ^Monday or ^Tomorrow, but as soon as I add the time it eats the info. It seems to hate times ending in .30 as it lets me add 10am no problem. Why is this? Can it only do hours in round numbers? I start work at 9.30 and need a lot of my reminders then so this is a royal pain in the backside if so.

A bit more experimentation suggests it really does not do half past in smart add - why?!
ladygoomba says:
It's the same with Twitter too. Why can't you add other times? Not being able to add half past through smart add is a real pain.

Hi Ladygoomba
Try using a colon in the time instead of a period in the time.
Example: Blah blah Monday at 9:30am
Let us know how it works out for ya.

ladygoomba,
I've added this to our list to investigate; sorry for the inconvenience.
In the meantime, as kanntara mentioned, using a colon for the time should work.
Hope this helps!

Thanks for the tip - the colon works! Phew. Much appreciated.
