Postpone not working?

scott3r says:
For the last few days, when I check items and hit the postpone button they go to the next day (typically today) but when I hit F5 they go back to the previous due dates.

Same thing happens on the android client, so I suspect it is a server issue not a client issue.

Anyone else having this issue?

Would it be possible to submit a Tasks & Lists issue report via our support system, if you haven't done so already?

Just select your issue from the list on the left, and follow the steps shown. If your issue isn't listed, click on "I'd like to report a new issue".

Your report should provide all the info that we need to investigate further, but we'll be in touch via email if we require any more details.

Thanks!

I'm having this same issue. Is it because I'm choosing the incorrect CT timezone? I'm in Chicago and just guessing about which city I should select. I've tried a few.

Almost all, if not all, tasks I postpone return to "today" or "yesterday" as soon as I reopen or click on a different task tab and click back to the original.

Heeeeeeelp!

I'm in the same boat.

I was wondering if it was some mix up between the mobile app and the web version.

Glad to know it is not just me.

johncurtisiwu,
It's possible for timezones to affect this, but it'd be great if you could contact us via the link above, if you haven't already, so we could discuss some specifics.

Thanks!

I have a similar problem. When i use the app for gmail or google calendar if i postpone something it will show that i postponed the task but it will still be due on the same day. i can keep hitting postpone and the number of times postponed continue to increase but the task still has the same date. it appears that if i do it on my android rtm app that doesn't happen. only on google mail and calender apps

I am not pro so I can not submit an issue report but the same issue is happening to me. I select "America_New York" for my timezone in RTM and my timezone in windows is "Eastern Time (US & Canada)." After I postpone my tasks and hit F5 to refresh they all show up as still being due today.

dsever,
You can still submit an issue report even if you do not have a Pro account. Would you be able to submit one here so we can take a closer look?

Thanks!
