Restore does not work

I followed instructions on RTM's site:
You can use the 'Restore' option to delete all tasks in Microsoft Outlook and replace them with a fresh copy of the tasks in your Remember The Milk account. This option provides an easy way to recover from synchronization issues. To use this option:
1. Right-click the Remember The Milk icon in your Windows System Tray.
2. Select Tools then Restore.
Restore does not work. Zero tasks get synced to Outlook. MilkSync is in the Trust Zone in OU as enabled.
I have Win XP SP3, OU 2010 on this machine.

Hi pavel.ivaschenko,
Would it be possible to submit a MilkSync for Microsoft Outlook issue report via our support system, if you haven't done so already?
Just select your issue from the list on the left, and follow the steps shown. If your issue isn't listed, click on "I'd like to report a new issue".
Your report should provide all the info that we need to investigate further, but we'll be in touch via email if we require any more details.
Thanks!
