Need help creating a Smart List

I'm getting confused with using the different Operators and what to put in brackets etc. I want to create a Smart List that will show my tasks due within the next 2 weeks and those that are both tagged and not tagged. Can somewhat tell me exactly what to type in search bar to create this? Thanks in advance!
