How to set up repeating task for voting on Election Day

I'll be darned if I can find the right wording to set up a reminder to vote annually on the first Tuesday of November.
I entered "every November on the first Tuesday" and it comes out "every month on the first Tuesday." Same result if I enter "every year on the first Tuesday of November," and "every first Tuesday of November."
Has anyone else been able to make this work?

In the meantime, you may want to set the repeat to "every year" and then tailor it for the specific day once it generates next year's.
