RTM for Gmail column collapse bug

What was described here has been happening to me since I downloaded RTM 3 weeks ago: http://www.rememberthemilk.com/forums/gmail/3417/ I think it just happens when I load Gmail and then immediately use the search function (before the RTM sidebar has fully loaded). This is really really annoying, as it happens a few times every day. A big part of me has been wanted to just remove the app but I've got a bunch of items in my To Do list. Can this glitch be fixed?
