Send from Gmail extension stops working

When the Gmail extension for RTM is installed, the Send From Gmail extension (https://chrome.google.com/extensions/detail/pgphcomnlaojlmmcjmiddhdapjpbgeoc?hl=en-gb), stops working and hangs before the progress bar completes. Uninstalling the RTM extension solves the problem.
