I've managed to delete a button I had in Outlook, which create an email from a form, which email directly to RMT.

I found it on-line, maybe here. I can't remember and wonder if some has see the page.

I don't use Outlook that often, so no I dear how to do it again.
The button was under a menu list called Email Templates. Maybe that will help.
