Sync with outlook - every task is set to 12:00 AM

I've found your service recently and I use it to sync my outlook tasks on exchange. But there is a problem, when I create task in outlook I allways define at what time I should be reminded but when I sync with this service every task has reminder set to 00:00 AM.
Do you now what is wrong? Do I have to change some sething or...?
