Please make sharing lists a more intuitive process

afriendlynerd says:
Right now, I'm trying to share multiple lists with my assistant and vice versa, and what a labyrinth this is!

User must click tabs in task page (can't do it on the lists page for reasons unknown!), insure nothing is checked, then click share, then select contact, then make sure to click the share button at the top of the page. Invitee must then know to go to lists page (instead of the tasks page!?), with no alerts to notify the invitee that this is pending.

If you have 40 lists, repeat 40 times!

Please consider making this less of an unintuitive chore.

It's also unintuitive that you have to click a task, then you have to know the click the "share" tab on the right side of page. If you click Share from the drop-down list, you receive an error message that a task must be selected.

Thanks for listening. I think it probably just needs a little attention, to be re-designed to be a little more streamlined.

afriendlynerd,
Thanks for your additional feedback. You can use More Actions | Share Task, you just need to make sure you have a task selected/checked first.

Hope this helps!
