Hotkeys not working in Win 7?

I am very accustomed to using Ctrl-Shift-7 and Ctrl-Shift-0 to jump between tasks and list management. However, on my Win 7 machine, it no longer works. Are there any workarounds?

Actually, Ctrl-Shift-7 seems to work, but Ctrl-Shift-0 does not. Very odd.
