Gmail - Add email to RTM tasks?

Here's my problem. When I am processing email in Gmail, I go to "More Actions" and choose "Add to Tasks." The email becomes a google task. It doesn't get added to RTM tasks.
Am I doing something wrong. I want to be able to turn Gmail conversations into RTM tasks quickly and efficiently.
