Unfortunately not, but if you are in the US or Canada, you can use Jott to add tasks via voice.
You can also use Dragon Dictation to email tasks to RTM.

Or you can use Dial2Do to connect to your RTM account, dial a local number and then add a task by talking. Dial2Do will convert your speech to text.
