I've paid a week ago, there is no way to inform administrator.

Last week, I paid for pro account and I checked it in paypal website.
But, after a week, my account hasn't been upgraded to Pro.
The real problem is that there is no way to inform it to administrator.

Is there somebody who can help me?

Have you tried loging out, clearing your cache/cookies and then logging back in? You can submit a support issue for your account.

You can submit a Pro Accounts issue report via our support system; just click on "I'd like to report a new issue" on the left.

Your report should provide all the info that we need to investigate further, but we'll be in touch via email if we require any more details.
