+Add Tag and +Add Location options disappeared from tabs

I am just setting up my RTM implementation and was using the Tags and Locations tabs in Setup to bulk-enter some of my tags before getting started. I was using the little "+Add Tag" link at the top right of that area and it was working fine. However, when I deleted one of my tags that I decided I no longer wanted, the little line disappeared. I also see that it has disappeared from the Locations tab. I cannot get it back... I have tried logging out and using different computers/browsers with no luck.
I do understand that I can create new tags and locations from within tasks but I really would like to use the function that I had just minutes ago to do some bulk organization and system setup.
I think that this is a bug as I see no reason for it happening. And yes, the entry buttons were definitely there one moment and gone the next (after I deleted one tag).
Please help me retrieve this functionality as it is quite handy... thank you!

If you haven't done so already, would it be possible to submit a Tasks & Lists issue report via our support system?
