Linked Tasks

(I've searched for every possible term I can think of, but please forgive me if I missed something obvious and just point me to the previous post.)
I'd really like to have tasks pop up only after I've completed a task that needs to be done prior. For example, I'm REALLY bad at getting the laundry folded once it's washed, so I have two laundry-related tasks, "do laundry" and "fold laundry." (Yes, I realize as an adult this is sort of ridiculous). Some weeks I need to do laundry a day late, and I have separate days for washing diapers and towels/sheets. Having two tasks for each of these clutters up my daily list. And this is just the easiest one to explain, there are many which are five or six subtasks long.
I don't really want subtasks of a task, just a "repeat after * is completed" is there such a thing? I know that remember the milk isn't a project management tool, but would love to know if I'm just missing this capability.
Thanks!
