Upgraded to pro to use iphone ap but can't access because of account difference

I upgraded my account today so I could use the iphone ap (my trial had recently expired) - unfortunately the trial account is on a different login (faithyj) and I can't access the ap (it tells me to upgrade - I can't seem to logout)

What do I need to do?

If you want to log in on a different account, you'll want to remove and reinstall the application to get it working again. (You'll be asked to log in after reinstalling.)

To remove the RTM app from your device:

1) Touch and hold the app icon on the Home screen until the icons start to wiggle.
2) Tap the "x" in the corner of the RTM app.
3) Tap Delete to remove the app and all of its data from your device.
4) Press the Home button to save your arrangement.

After confirming the app is removed, please install the app again as usual.
