All of my tasks have been duplicated multiple times
I have a Windows Mobile 6.5 device. I also have MilkSync 1.0.0.
Monday morning, my tasks were fine on both my computer and my device. When I next viewed my tasks Tuesday afternoon on my computer, I noticed that *all* of the tasks were now duplicated--some two times, some three times.
Some of the tasks have a Repeat value, others don't; but they are all now duplicated.
I have about 20 lists and (I would guess) about 200 "tasks"; within each list, all of the tasks are now duplicated--again, some two times, some three times.
It appears that all of the duplicates have been given a priority of three--even though most of my original tasks had no priority.
I should point out that during business hours all week I was in a building that had a lot of interference--I had trouble maintaining a cell signal; I received numerous data status errors on the phone. So it's conceivable that MilkSync wasn't able to connect properly to RTM's servers from time to time. Buy why would that cause all of my tasks to be duplicated two and three times? I would think that, if anything, syncs would simply fail and that no task updates would appear on both my computer and my device until the sync succeeded.
How should I proceed? RTM is unnavigable--and therefore unusable--to me with all of the tasks duplicated so many times.
I submitted a report two days ago but have not yet received a reply. I submitted another report containing more details just a few moments ago.

I contacted you by email; it'd be best to proceed there; I'll email you further instructions now that I realize MilkSync was part of the mix.

christophe.verbeiren,
If you haven't done so already, would it be possible to submit a Tasks & Lists issue report via our support system?
Please select the issue that you're experiencing from the list on the left, and follow the steps shown. If your issue isn't listed, just click on "I'd like to report a new issue" on the left.
Your report should provide all the info that we need to investigate further, but we'll be in touch via email if we require any more details.
Thanks!
