How to change sort order when sorting on due date?

action.manager says:
My smart lists are ordered on due date. Most "urgent" first. I thought...

Unfortunately, for the today view RTM (on the iPhone and the web) first lists all tasks that are due today (due date set, no specific time) and below that all tasks that are also due today, but on a specific time (most "urgent" first).

Example:

Task A today
Task B today
Task C today 9:00
Task D: today 17:30

For me, "due today" means "anytime today, before 23:59". Therefore, I'd rather have tasks with no due time on the bottom:

Task C today 9:00
Task D: today 17:30
Task A today
Task B today

How do I achieve this?

Unfortunately this isn't currently possible. You may wish to add priorities if you wish to sort high priority tasks at the top.
