Default due to for lists?

dracan says:
I've got my default list as "Today", but I've set up the criteria so that includes everything before tomorrow - so that it also includes overdue tasks. However, if I add a task to that list, a due date isn't set - so it disappears from my "Today" list as soon as I enter it.

Is there anyway I can edit the criteria for that list so that it has a default due date of today for all tasks added where I'm not explicitly specifying a due date?

There are some great tips about creating check lists and incorporating them in your smart list searches to catch new tasks that would otherwise vanish due to ambiguous criteria.

Or you can simply mark each new task due today as being due today.

You can also access the task on the website just after adding it by clicking on the task name in the status message at the very top of RTM. It will not disappear then.
