Add a new location directly from a task

also improve the possibilities of adding a new location via a map and not only from the GPS or a search

You can add a location with a task. If you use the Add Task bar, you can use Smart Add (either by typing @ or by tapping the globe/Location button when the Smart Add buttons pop up); if you use the Add Task button (the + in the lower right), you may want to make sure the Location field is turned on (in Settings, under Default Fields).
